Requirements:
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good working knowledge of GCC law enforcement community, knowledge of Arab culture, knowledge of GCC law enforcement practices, good background in police work and investigations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – University degree in police, security, or intelligence studies or administration (business or public) is required.
Evaluations:
Level IV (Fluent) in written and spoken English is required.“This may be tested”
Level IV (Fluent) in written and spoken Arabic is required.“This may be tested”
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to maintain extensive contacts with officials of police, law enforcement agency and financial institutions. Ability to exercise initiative and resourcefulness in obtaining information or evidence. Ability to express thoughts and intents clearly in English and Arabic. Ability to think clearly under pressures of time and (rarely) personal danger. Ability to work outside of normal work hours as necessitated by DEA requirements. Ability to travel for extended periods often on short notice. Knowledge and use of computer information systems to include spreadsheets, email, word processing (English and Arabic). Possession of a valid UAE Driver’s License is required and ability to drive on a regular basis.
