Missions
Intégré.e à l’équipe New Business, votre objectif sera de contribuer à optimiser les activités commerciales, assurer la coordination et le bon déroulement tout en étant en interface avec le marketing.
Vous serez amener à travailler sur les missions suivantes :
Assister l’équipe commerciale sur la phase préparatoire du cycle de vente : sourcing, prospection et prise de RDV et closing.
Construire les bases de données prospects pour les campagnes de mailing (par secteurs ou par thématiques)
Etre un appui dans l’élaboration des stratégies commerciales et dans la rédaction des mails de prospection
Accompagner les commerciaux dans la préparation et l’assistance aux RDV prospects et clients : la tarification – la rédaction des propositions après les RDV de prospection – la rédaction du contrat – mise à jour des opportunités en cours dans le tableau de suivi commercial et CRM
Assister l’équipe commerciale dans les stratégies de contenus : Calendrier des contenus & des évènements, scénarios de mailing automation.
Profil :
Vous êtes étudiant en L3, M1 ou M2 dans une école de commerce/IAE/université.
Vous avez une excellente capacité rédactionnelle et de synthèse
Vous avez une aisance orale pour mener des campagnes de prospections téléphoniques.
Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint…)
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des notions de CRM
Vous êtes force de proposition et créatif.ve
Vous êtes organisé.e, autonome et rigoureux(se) et réactif.ve
Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel, et savez interagir et collaborer avec différentes équipes.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
To be a key point of contact for clients on routine deliverables & requests. ROLE OBJECTIVES
Client Relationship (CLIENT)
- Be a key point of contact for routine deliverables & requests of the client’s business, attending onsite days and owning all related client data requests and project briefs
- Deliver a highly responsive service to clients, continuing to build good relationships and trust with your contact
Account Handling (COMMERCIAL)
- Be responsible for managing your own day-to-day workload on the area of the business you have responsibility for and establishing priorities with the client as needed Anticipate client demands and proactively find solutions, rather than just answering requests
- Personally de-brief key contacts on any requests / project briefs that you have completed
- When faced with a problem adopt a positive, solution-driven attitude
- Train client users on software and data interpretation
Service Development (COMMERCIAL)
- Highlight and escalate client concerns with any Worldpanel deliverables and help identify potential issues as they arise
- Offer your opinion and recommendations to your team manager regarding the relevance & effectiveness of regular deliverables and general client servicing in order to ensure the service’s high standard is maintained.
- Share best practices and efficient ways of working with other team members Basic Data & Tracking (KNOWLEDGE)
- Assume responsibility for checking and reviewing any regular reports that are sent out to your client contacts to ensure their accuracy and relevance
- Production and interpretation of Special analyses with a focus on finding patterns in the data, highlighting key points and making recommendations
Analysis & Insight (KNOWLEDGE)
- Attend onsite days and de-brief key contacts on any requests/smaller project briefs that you have completed.
- Discuss briefs with clients, challenging appropriately to make sure requests have been properly thought through and offering advice on how best to tackle issues
- Recognize patterns, draw logical conclusions, consider implications and make recommendations based on your analysis and knowledge of the client’s business
- Be responsible for managing client briefs from start to finish i.e. – designing correct methodology, running the required analysis, adding interpretation and insight based on category knowledge, delivering back to the client
Team, People & Self Development (PEOPLE)
- Actively participate in your training programmes to develop the required skills
- Ensure you maintain an up to date PDP with your line manager – monitor your progress, and find solutions for your development needs
- Assist in the training and development of more junior team members
- Seek out opportunities to further grow your knowledge of the FMCG environment and KWP services – with particular consideration given to the sister panels so you are confident in working with and interpreting the key information
