PayU Dubai Jobs 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification & Experience Requirement : :

Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Finance / Economics from a top tier university.

Have a minimum of 1-year experience, preferably within an investment banking firm, investment management form (venture capital or private equity), strategy consulting firm, or corporate development role.

Have excellent quantitative skills and financial modelling skills including the ability to perform valuation (DCF and multiples), market sizing, and KPI analysis.

Fluency in business English, with excellent communication, writing skills, and presentation skills.

Ability to work to high standards with attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of information and working on multiple projects at the same time.

Experience in Fintech/Payments/E-commerce sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an investment analyst in the M&A and strategy team, the candidate will be responsible to:

Conduct market research and analysis of potential investment targets in the fintech space (payments, credit, crypto, etc)

Create financial models and perform valuation analysis of companies based on different methodologies (DCF, DDM, multiples)

Support on the preparation of investment memorandums and other materials for our Investment Committee

Monitor the performance of portfolio companies on a regular basis

Collaborate with business teams on strategy development to help them develop business plans and strategic analysis

Being involved in other ad-hoc projects for the team
