Tenova Dubai Jobs 2022 Eligibility Criteria

- This role requires Candidate to have outdoor sales experience in selling Door to Door (direct to household) for FMCG products (for promoting Dishwasher Tablet product in Dubai/UAE). As we see an enormous growth in household consumers using the Dish-washing machine (and tablet consumptions) since the onset of the Covid, and we are taking this opportunity to directly sell the products to the end user consumers.
- Candidate for this role to have his/her own car/vehicle for promoting the products.
- Candidate to be conversant in English to convince in promoting, marketing and sales of the product to the end user consumers.
- Necessary Marketing Flyers/Free Samples would be provided by the Company Candidate to distribute to the target area customers.
- The target customers are mostly located in the uptown areas of Dubai like, Arabian Ranches, Springs, Mirdif, JVC, Lakes, palm jumeriah…etc and are of western/arabic in origin. So the candidate to travel to these areas for the promotion and sales.
- The product to be promoted to HORECA sectors.
- Candidate shall be pleasing in his/her behaviour and be *courteous and polite.
- The candidate would be hired on temporary (part time) basis and the candidate to be have his/her own Visa and Car & License.
- Compensation would be based on Commission only, upto 30% commission on the sales value. Commission payment would be paid every week as per the sales.
- Ideal Age for the candidate to be 25 to 35 years
- outdoor sales: 1 year (Required)
- Sales Executive: 1 year (Required)
- Door to Door sales for FMCG products: 1 year (Required)
